Learning how these four components relate to your pain is the only long-term solution to eliminating your pain. Medicine, chasing the pain, stopping activities you enjoy, and eventually surgery is inevitable if you don’t learn the WHY behind your pain. Do you take Geman Insurance?

No, I do not. This allows me to do what I need to do to help you without limitations, which means faster and more efficient results for you.

Do you work with children and older adults?

Yes, I do. My clients range from 11 years old (and sometimes younger) to clients in their mid 80’s. The human body is a resilient piece of machinery – no matter how old or young it is.

How many appointments do i need before i recognize a difference?

My clients usually need only one appointment to feel better. Additionally, they receive my signature multi-video upper-body and lower-body playlists so they can continue their progress at home.

How do i book an appointment? Can you also speak german?

Yes, I can speak German and English. You can book an appointment through my website’s online calendar or any social media site. I am in my main office at Machbar Training Center in Sindelfingen-Darmsheim three days a week. I will be in Stuttgart (Schwabstr. 44) for the other two days in my home office.
